Success Management & Enablement

We support your Salesforce project before, during and after go-live – ensuring the platform becomes part of everyday practice and your investment delivers measurable value.

Salesfive is a Salesforce implementation partner 2025

The Go-Live Is Not the Goal. It Is the Starting Point.

Most CRM projects do not fail because of the technology itself, but because the organisation has not been adequately prepared for the change. This is exactly where Success Management comes in: it ensures that your organisation is engaged, supported, and empowered from day one through effective change management and tailored enablement measures.

At Salesfive, we support the technical implementation phase in parallel from the very beginning. While the architecture and data model are being developed, we design suitable training concepts, enable internal Salesforce experts, and ensure that no one is expected to work with the new system unprepared. Even after go-live, we continue to actively support users through job shadowing, user adoption tracking, and quarterly alignment sessions.

Strategic Success Management transforms a technical implementation into sustainable change. Your organisation benefits from higher user adoption, faster productivity gains, and a CRM system that is used efficiently and confidently in day-to-day operations.

“Adoption is not a supporting measure. It determines whether Salesforce becomes a tool that people truly use in their day-to-day work.”

Pain Points

Where CRM Projects Lose Value Despite a Successful Go-Live

Lack of user adoption, unused functionality, and unofficial workarounds cause Salesforce programmes to lose impact, even long after the technology has been implemented.

The system is live, but user adoption falls short of expectations.

Business units work in silos rather than collaboratively.

New processes are documented but not followed consistently.

Salesforce knowledge is concentrated in a few individuals — if someone leaves, system stability is at risk.

Do You Know Whether Your Salesforce Platform Is Truly Being Adopted?

Our adoption check assesses usage patterns, adoption drivers, and enablement gaps across your user base — delivering a structured analysis with clear recommendations for the next steps.

Change Management

Change Management

We identify key stakeholders, assess potential resistance, and develop a change roadmap that makes the “why” behind the project tangible at every level of the organisation — from the boardroom to inside sales teams.

Co-Creation & Stakeholder Alignment

Co-Creation & Stakeholder Alignment

We actively involve key users, champions, and leadership teams in shaping the solution. This ensures that real-world requirements are embedded in the architecture from the outset — not only uncovered during UAT.

Communication & Enablement Set-Up

Communication & Enablement Set-Up

In parallel with the build phase, we develop a role-based training concept — including train-the-trainer structures, internal experts, and communication that creates confidence and anticipation rather than uncertainty.

Training & Activation

Training & Activation

Training delivered in the right format, at the right time, for the right audience. From interactive workshops and in-app guidance to self-paced learning journeys. No one enters the system unprepared.

Hyper Care & Job Shadowing

Hyper Care & Job Shadowing

During the first weeks after go-live, we actively support users in their day-to-day work. We answer open questions in real working contexts, identify early where processes are not yet fully embedded, and take targeted action to optimise adoption.

Adoption Tracking & Continuous Success

Adoption Tracking & Continuous Success

We measure whether Salesforce is truly being adopted through adoption dashboards, utilisation reports, and quarterly review sessions. This ensures your platform does not become a static system, but continues to evolve alongside your business.

Success Management

More Than Just Support

From our perspective, Success Management is a discipline in its own right — with the goal of ensuring that Salesforce is not only technically implemented within your organisation, but also adopted sustainably, used efficiently, and delivering measurable business value over the long term.

We start where many projects begin too late: with organisational readiness. Long before the system goes live, we build the foundation for change across the business. At the right time, we provide the necessary knowledge through targeted training initiatives. And once Salesforce becomes part of day-to-day operations, we support users directly in their working environment through job shadowing — ensuring that learning translates into lasting adoption.

In this way, we support you and your teams in a structured manner throughout the entire project lifecycle: with proven approaches for change management, enablement, and adoption — from the initial readiness assessment through to ongoing operational support.

Your Benefits

Where Success Management Makes the Difference

Successful CRM projects are defined by the phases that often receive too little attention. We show where Success Management creates measurable impact:

Faster adoption of new systems

We empower teams to adopt new solutions with confidence and provide guidance during the post–go-live phase.

Less friction in day-to-day operations

Employees who understand the system use it. Uncertainty is addressed early—before workarounds emerge.

Knowledge that stays within the company

We qualify internal champions and establish train-the-trainer structures that deliver long-term impact.

Stable transition to regular operations

No drop after go-live. No reset effect after three months. Just continuous growth of the platform.

Our approach

This is how we support your project from day one through to operations.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions. Answered here.

We know that strategic change management and the post–go-live phase are complex. That’s why we’ve compiled and answered the most frequently asked questions for you.

Success Management encompasses all measures that ensure Salesforce is not only implemented in your organization, but also adopted and used on an ongoing basis. This includes change support, role-based enablement, structured trainings, and continuous adoption tracking. Enablement is part of this: the targeted development of knowledge and skills across all users.

We start well before go-live. As early as the concept phase, we develop the change story, identify stakeholders, and build enablement structures. Anyone who only begins with change and adoption after go-live forfeits enormous potential.

Change and adoption are critical to success regardless of project size. We tailor scope and format to your situation—whether it’s a first-time Salesforce implementation or the further development of an existing environment.

Training imparts knowledge ahead of go-live. Job shadowing supports application in the real working context and ensures what has been learned is applied in practice. Change management starts much earlier: it creates organizational readiness before the system is even implemented.

In the first few weeks after go-live, we will be available to all employees as the primary point of contact, answering work-related questions and identifying early on where processes are not yet fully effective. The goal is rapid stabilisation to ensure smooth operations.

We work with adoption dashboards and utilization reports that show which features are actively being used and where gaps exist. This is complemented by qualitative pulse checks with users and leaders. Based on this, we jointly prioritize the next steps.
