No. Our BI practice is tool-agnostic: we work with Tableau independently of Salesforce and integrate the tools you prefer. If you already use Salesforce, you also benefit from deeply integrated solutions such as CRM Analytics and Data 360.

We recommend tools based on your data sources, scalability requirements and user base. For analytically strong power users and cross-platform reporting, choose Tableau; for use cases tightly integrated with Salesforce, choose CRM Analytics; for CDP and real-time use cases, choose Data 360.

However, we remain vendor-neutral enough to provide honest advice, while also being deeply embedded in these platforms to deliver implementation.

Data quality is not an add-on – it is part of our methodology. During the architecture phase, we define quality gates, automated tests (e.g. with dbt), stewardship roles, and a KPI glossary. We only release dashboards when the underlying models provide a documented data model, defined owners, and successful test results.

No. You decide whether to take over after the BI rollout yourself or use our Managed Service. We document everything so a handover is possible at any time. Through the Salesfive Academy, we can also train your users – on request – as self-service BI users and your IT team as BI engineers.

All implementations are GDPR-compliant and auditable. We are ISO 27001 certified, host in EU data centres (where required), and support the creation of DPIA documentation. Data processing agreements are standard.
