Salesforce Data Cloud – the leading CRM for your data

The Salesforce Data Cloud brings your data together in one place – intelligently, securely, and always up to date. It connects information from internal systems, external data lakes, and unstructured data such as emails, PDFs, and images. This creates unified data instead of silos, allowing you to better understand your customers, respond more quickly to their needs, and work more efficiently across departments.

Thanks to its open architecture, the Data Cloud integrates seamlessly into your existing systems, regardless of data format. Zero-copy integrations in Snowflake and Databricks enable direct data access without copies or delays. Features such as identity resolution, data modeling, segmentation, and activation improve data quality, automate processes, and create personalized customer experiences in real time – with measurable added value.

Our team supports you from strategy and licensing to implementation and integration – so you can unlock the full potential of your data.

FAQ

You have the questions – we have the answers

We know that digitization projects are complex. That’s why we’ve compiled and answered the most frequently asked questions for you.

Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a cloud-based e-commerce platform that enables companies to centrally manage, personalize, and scale their online stores. It supports both B2C and B2B business models and integrates seamlessly with other Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud to create a consistent customer experience.

Originally based on Demandware (B2C) and CloudCraze (B2B), Commerce Cloud now combines both worlds under one roof. It forms the basis for a flexible, growth-oriented online business.

The Data Cloud processes structured and unstructured data, such as CRM and ERP data, log or telemetry data, emails, documents, social media data, or images. Thanks to connectors and zero-copy integrations, data can be used directly where it is stored, for example in data lakes.

The Data Cloud combines the strengths of different approaches: it is natively embedded in Salesforce, uses the metadata framework, and enables real-time analytics directly in business applications. At the same time, it remains open to external systems and connects to existing data lakes or warehouses via zero-copy connections without duplicating data.

This means it combines operational use in apps, automations, or AI with analytical depth, governance, and scalability.

Companies use the Data Cloud to harmonize customer data, create segments, personalize content, and activate data in real time. It supports data-driven processes and AI models such as Einstein and Agentforce, and provides a central basis for dashboards, analyses, and automation.

The costs essentially consist of three components: actions in the Data Cloud consume so-called credits. There is a monthly fee per terabyte of stored data. Add-ons for special functions such as Data Spaces or additional modules are also charged.

New pricing structures allow Salesforce data to be fed in free of charge and offer a more flexible credit model. Since the price depends on usage, data volume, and range of functions, we recommend requesting a customized quote. We would be happy to assist you in selecting the right license.
