About the training

This two-day interactive training course provides you with practical skills for efficient sales with Salesforce. After the training, you will be able to navigate confidently, maintain master data in a structured manner, qualify leads, document activities and create meaningful standard reports and dashboards.

Basics and core functions

On day 1 you will receive a basic introduction to Salesforce for sales and the most important functions.

  • Find out how you can work with CRM basics (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities) to structure your sales work.

  • Learn the navigation & user interface know: App launcher, tabs, data records and detailed views.

  • Work more efficiently with search, filter and list views - including own columns & sorting.

  • Set up personal settings & favorites to access relevant data more quickly.

Afternoon

Master data maintenance & data quality

In the afternoon, the focus is on a clean database - for reliable pipeline and reporting results.

  • Place contacts and leads correctly, maintain mandatory fields and update data records in a structured manner.

  • Use ownership & allocation rulesto keep responsibilities clear.

  • Avoid duplicates with duplicate rules and learn best practices for data hygiene know.

Morning

End-to-end lead management

They deepen the entire lead process - from prioritization to handover.

  • Prioritize leads with status maintenance and scoring to create focus.

  • Qualify & convert leads cleanly to contact/account/opportunity.

  • Hand over qualified leads - including notes, next steps and SLA-compliant follow-up.

  • Establish best practices for transparent collaboration between SDR/BDR and Sales.

Afternoon

Sales activities, reporting & dashboards

Finally, you make your work visible and controllable - directly in Salesforce.

  • Document calls, e-mails, to-dos and appointments on the data record - complete and easy to find.

  • Create and configure standard reports (filters, groupings, charts) for your KPIs.

  • Visualize key figures in dashboards and use regular updates.

  • Derive measures from key figures and thus ensure continuous sales management.

At the end of this training course, you will be able to use Salesforce confidently in your day-to-day sales activities: you will be able to navigate confidently, maintain master data in a structured manner, prioritize and qualify leads, document activities seamlessly and create meaningful standard reports and dashboards - for greater transparency, focused follow-up and better decisions.
