In this 4-day enablement training, you’ll learn Data 360 from the ground up—from core concepts through data ingestion and modeling to use cases for marketing teams. The training combines show-and-tell with hands-on exercises so you can confidently apply Data 360 in your day-to-day work and implement use cases independently.

Learning Content
In this section, you will receive an introduction to Data 360. We will explain what Data 360 is used for, the differences between consumption- and seat-based products, and the basic setup. The central concepts of Data 360 will also be presented and categorised.
The second part combines demonstrations with practical exercises.
You will learn how data is ingested, as well as how data modelling and harmonisation are implemented in Data 360. Building on this foundation, we will then move on to automation, data enrichment, and quality assurance.
We will also cover data actions, data sharing, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Finally, we will explore further Data 360 functions and concepts.
The third part examines Data 360 from the perspective of marketing teams. Topics covered include using Data 360 and the credit consumption model. You will develop specific Data 360 use cases and learn about the underlying data model.
Building on this, you will implement segmentation, activation and activation targets using practical exercises. The section concludes with an examination of monitoring, troubleshooting and other functions and concepts.

What you should bring with you
No prior knowledge is required to participate in the Data 360 Enablement Training course. However, a basic understanding of data processes would be helpful. Feel free to bring your own questions or initial ideas for use cases with you – this will enable you to apply the content directly to your own situation.
To participate successfully, however, you should:
- Have access to a PC with an internet connection
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams
- Have German language skills at C1 level or English language skills at A2 level or above
