Salesfive expands into the United Kingdom
We are pleased to announce another significant milestone in our company’s history: the successful acquisition of fluent:cx UK, further strengthening our expansion strategy in Europe.
With the consulting firm’s deep expertise in AI and the deployment of Agentforce, as well as its renowned references in the United Kingdom, Salesfive is ideally positioned to execute its growth strategy.

fluent:cx UK is the leading Agentforce partner in the United Kingdom and has implemented Salesforce solutions for numerous companies, including insurance groups, media and communications companies, and mechanical and plant engineering firms. These include—alongside the Agentforce AI solution—Service Cloud Voice, Financial Services Cloud, and Media Cloud.
With this acquisition, Salesfive has now grown to more than 360 employees across twelve locations in Europe. This development underscores our position as Europe’s largest Salesforce boutique partner and strengthens our expertise in Agentforce and AI.
