The project
Bringing high-quality coffee closer to end consumers and B2B customers – that is the goal of 19grams. For the roastery, continuously expanding its customer base is important in order to further advance this goal.
To drive new B2B customer acquisition through sales promotion measures, such as advertising the Advent calendar, the company opted for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot). Salesfive was engaged as an expert for this purpose. Due to the flawless collaboration, we were commissioned to further optimize marketing and sales processes.
