Working student in PMO / Project Controlling (m/f/x)

Are you studying and want to gain practical experience in project management? As a working student in the PMO, you will support our team in day-to-day business, work on reports, analyses and project plans and gain valuable insights into the management of projects - from start-ups to large corporations.

Your tasks as a working student in PMO / Project Controlling (m/f/x)

As a working student PMO / Project Controlling (m/f/x) you will support our project management team in the planning, documentation and organization of projects. You will contribute to analyses, reports and presentations, maintain project plans and dashboards and help to further develop our PMO tools, templates and processes. You will gain practical insights into project management methods, learn how to use common tools and build up valuable knowledge for your future career path.

This is how you help us make digitalization tangible:

  • Support with planning, documentation and organization of projects

  • Work on reports, analyses and presentations

  • Maintenance of project plans, resource overviews and dashboards

  • Help with the further development of PMO tools, templates and processes

  • Contribute to ensuring quality and standards in project management

What you should bring with you:

  • Ongoing studies in the field of economics, project management, controlling or comparable

  • Initial experience in a project environment (e.g. through internships or university projects) is an advantage

  • Confident with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • A structured and independent way of working

  • Self-motivation, team spirit and interest in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
