Your tasks as a working student Marketing Operations & Design (m/f/x)
As a working student in Marketing Operations & Design (m/f/x), you will support our marketing team in translating complex content into appealing, CI-compliant presentations. You will create and revise PowerPoint slides, further develop templates and ensure a consistent, high-quality appearance. You will also maintain our internal slide library, carry out minor research and organizational tasks and ensure that our materials are always up-to-date and to the point. With your flair for design, layout and details, you play a key role in ensuring that Salesfive has a strong visual presence both internally and externally.
This will help us to further strengthen our brand:
Create, revise and finalize PowerPoint slides including storyline, visuals and diagrams
Further develop and maintain our PowerPoint templates (master)
Pay attention to quality, consistency, spelling and compliance with the corporate design
Build and maintain a central slide library for internal use
Support the marketing team in day-to-day business, e.g. with research or organizational issues
Contribute to the professional presentation of our brand and communication
This is what you should bring with you:
Ongoing studies in the field of media, graphic design, marketing, business administration or similar
Confident handling of MS 365, especially PowerPoint
Basic understanding of corporate design and good layout
Structured, reliable and self-organized way of working
Attention to detail, strong communication skills and proactive attitude
Nice to have: Experience with Figma or other design tools
