Your tasks as a working student Legal (m/f/x)
As a working student Legal (m/f/x), you will be actively involved in day-to-day business and support our legal team in reviewing contract documents, conducting legal research and in areas such as employment law, data protection and compliance. You will work closely with our offices in Munich and Düsseldorf and have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally.
You will help us to inspire new customers for Salesfive:
Support a cross-location legal team in Munich and Düsseldorf
Support with the review and drafting of contractual documents Contract documents such as IT project contracts, employment contracts or confidentiality agreements
Research and work independentlya wide range of legal issues from the day-to-day work of a corporate legal department
Develop training materials, templates and internal guidelines
Work on varied and challenging tasks,that offer you a wide range of prospects for personal development
This is what you should bring with you:
You are in your legal clerkship or studying law or a comparable subject area
Strong teamwork and communication skills
An independent and solution-oriented way of working
Flexibility and open-mindedness for varied tasks
Ideally already some knowledge of civil law, contract law, employment law, data protection and/or company law
