Your tasks as Working Student Finance (m/f/x)
As a working student in Finance (m/f/x), you will be actively involved in day-to-day business - from accounting and controlling to support in the creation of reports - your analytical, entrepreneurial thinking is required. This is how you support our finance team:
Support and participate in recurring accounting and controlling tasks as part of the monthly and quarterly financial statements, as well as in relation to invoice dispatch and receivables management
Support the creation of monthly reports and evaluations for various stakeholders (management, supervisory board, banks, etc.)
Support the maintenance and updating of all finance-relevant processes in our Salesforce organization
Maintain and take responsibility for our expense management tool and document management in cooperation with the cost managers
Support the documentation of our internal finance processes after conducting process walkthroughs
This is what you should bring with you:
A current Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on finance, accounting and/or controlling
Good knowledge of business administration
Strong analytical skills
Desire to proactively and independently drive your tasks forward
An independent, structured, conscientious way of working and a high degree of initiative
Ability to work in a team as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
Experience with MS Office applications (ideally also experience with Salesforce and/or DATEV)
Very good knowledge of German and English
