Your tasks as Working Student Events & Academy (m/f/x)
As a working student in Events & Academy (m/f/x), you are a fundamental member of our People Team! As an organizational talent, you enjoy planning internal and external events and developing our onboarding with our Academy team. Are you sociable, motivated and want to contribute creatively? Then you've come to the right place!
This way you help us to take our Event & Academy initiatives to the next level:
Support us with topics related to our office and feel-good management at all locations for a productive, efficient and motivating working environment
Help plan and organize external trainings and courses for our customers and employees
Work with our Academy team to further develop our onboarding process to ensure a smooth start and promote integration into the company
Support the planning, coordination and implementation of internal events, team events and meet-ups
Plan concepts for our events with our event management team
This is what you should bring with you:
An ongoing degree in business administration, psychology, human resources or a comparable course of study (ideally for more than one additional semester)
A desire to help shape the company, contribute your ideas and a team player mentality
A structured, conscientious and independent way of working
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
