Are you creative, social media-savvy and want to help shape employer branding at first hand? As a working student in Employer Branding, you will help us to make Salesfive visible as an attractive employer - both internally and externally.
Your tasks as a working student Employer Branding (m/f/x)
As a working student in Employer Branding (m/f/x), you will immerse yourself in the world of employer branding, corporate communications and social media. You will work with us to develop exciting content ideas for LinkedIn and Instagram, prepare content graphically, edit videos and ensure that our posts generate visibility as an attractive employer. In addition to external communication, you will also support internal measures to further strengthen our culture. You will not only gain insights into creative content work, but also into strategic topics relating to communication, culture and employer branding.
This will help us to further strengthen our employer brand:
Support the planning, creation and publication of content on LinkedIn and Instagram
Develop creative ideas for varied postings and formats such as employee interviews, success stories or behind-the-scenes insights
Prepare content graphically and edit video content for social media
Scout current trends and observe best practices in employer branding
Participate in the implementation of internal communication measures and cultural initiatives
Support the optimization of career pages and applicant communication to ensure consistency along the entire employee lifecycle
This is what you should bring with you:
Ongoing studies with a focus on marketing, HR or similar
Initial experience with social media management and content creation
Creativity and a good feel for language, images and trends
Knowledge of graphics and video editing tools
Structured way of working, organizational talent and an open-minded personality
