Your tasks as Werkstudent:in Business Intelligence (m/f/x)
As a Business Intelligence student trainee (m/f/x), you will be an important member of our interdisciplinary project teams. You will work with companies from a wide range of industries and support them in optimizing business processes in a data-driven way, making KPIs more transparent and making more informed strategic decisions. You will create dashboards, analyze data and help to prepare complex information in a way that is understandable for various stakeholders. At the same time, you will develop a deep understanding of modern BI tools, the Salesforce data landscape and best practices in reporting, data modeling and process design. Your contribution will have a direct impact on the efficiency and success of our customers - and form a strong foundation for your future career in Business Intelligence.
You will help us to optimize business processes with BI:
Create reports and dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, CRM Analytics or other BI tools
Support internal departments and external partners in the design and optimization of BI process flows
Analyze data and solve data management problems
Initiate and support improvements in reporting and analysis processes
Help define and implement standards for data extraction, staging, information modeling and reporting
What you should bring with you:
Ongoing studies in business administration, business informatics (focus on BI/controlling), statistics, data science or a comparable field
Strong analytical skills and the ability to recognize business challenges and translate them into concrete measures
Initial experience with at least one BI tool (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, CRM Analytics)
Customer orientation, advisory skills and problem-solving ability
Confident appearance and enjoy working in a team
