Your tasks as Working Student Academy (m/f/x)
As a Working Student Academy (m/f/x) you will support our Academy team in training our Fivers and sharing our knowledge internally. Your responsibilities will range from conducting onboarding, to preparing internal trainings, to developing new strategies for employee development.
This way you help us to continuously develop our Fiver:
Support the further development of the Academy
Develop new ideas & training concepts and keep our current trainings up to date
Organize and coordinate internal and external trainings
Be the contact person for our Fivers in all matters concerning the Academy.
Work out presentations in coordination with the company's internal managers
Evaluate feedback from new starters in order to continuously improve and develop the onboarding process.
Conduct research and take charge of data collection and (data) analyses
Work independently on (sub-)work packages
This is what you should bring with you:
Ongoing studies at a university or college
Ideally, first practical experience (internships, working student activities) in the IT or consulting environment
Desire to actively participate in shaping and contributing ideas
Interest in familiarizing yourself with new topics (no previous knowledge required)
IT affinity and have know-how in Software as a Service, databases and CRM
A careful, conscientious and independent way of working
Strong communication skills in German and English
Organizational skills and team spirit
