Your tasks as Technical Architect (m/f/x)
As a Technical Architect (m/f/x) you design technical solutions in the Salesforce environment. You will use your experience in Salesforce consulting to translate customer requirements into Salesforce functions and implement these in an interdisciplinary project team at the customer's site.

Design and implement technical solutions in the Salesforce environment
Responsible for process analysis on customer side as well as migration planning & documentation
Translate customer requirements and challenges into Salesforce capabilities and solutions
Assist in the development of new business relationships
Work closely with business partners and technical teams
Support clients and teams in all project phases and ensure sustainable and scalable solutions within the project team
This is what you should bring with you:
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds
At least 3 years of experience with cross-cloud Salesforce solutions
Experience with Mulesoft, Tableau, Datorama, Slack, B2C / B2B Commerce Cloud is an advantage, but not a requirement
Enterprise-level project experience, including Salesforce development experience
Conceptual skills to map customer requirements into Salesforce features and workflows.
Experience with best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Passion for turning customers into partners through expertise and advice
