Your tasks as Legal Counsel (m/f/x)

As Head of Legal (m/f/x), you will be responsible for the strategic management of our entire legal department and act as the central point of contact for all legal issues at Salesfive. You will develop structures for compliance and governance, lead and develop a strong legal team, optimize legal processes and manage external partners. In this key role, you will report directly to our CFO and make a significant contribution to the legally compliant and sustainable development of our company.

This is how you can help us with legal issues:

  • Take over the strategic management and further development of the entire legal department at Salesfive

  • Lead, develop and expand our legal team - from coaching to recruiting

  • Implement and optimize compliance structures, in particular for data protection, competition law and internal guidelines

  • Proactively advises management and specialist departments on legal issues and identifies risks

  • Coordinate legal strategies in disputes and manage external law firms

  • Optimize legal processes through digitalization and legal tech tools (e.g. contract automation)

  • Create regular legal reports and organize internal training and awareness measures

What you should bring with you:

  • Completed law studies (1st and 2nd state examinations)

  • At least 6-10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in-house or in a law firm

  • Proven management experience

  • Sound knowledge of contract law, data protection, intellectual property, competition law and compliance

  • Negotiating skills, assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking

  • Hands-on mentality and a high level of personal responsibility

  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
