Your tasks as Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/x)
As Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/x), you will be a fundamental member of our People Team, driving our continuous growth. At Salesfive, you don't have to choose a specialist area within HR. By working closely with the management team, you are the interface and HR contact person for professional and personal concerns at your location. You design your own innovative end-to-end recruitment process to bring top candidates on board for Salesfive. Your creative influence is also required in a wide range of HR topics, such as the further development of our employer brand and the strengthening of our corporate culture.
This will help us to continue to grow our team:
Responsible for recruiting for the Hamburg location and also support recruiting for other Salesfive locations
Establish contact with interesting candidates through sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels
Conduct initial interviews with candidates and coordinate the further interview process in close cooperation with management
Accompany applicants through the entire recruiting cycle, create contract offers and organize the onboarding of new employees
Expand university marketing at your location and represent Salesfive at recruiting fairs & events in Hamburg
Take up ideas and requests from employees and implement them in the best possible way
Coordinate office management topics together with our Event and Workplace Manager
This is what you should bring with you:
Completed studies in business administration, psychology, personnel management or comparable training
At least 2-3 years experience in recruiting
Positive demeanor, enthusiasm and drive to further develop Salesfive
Enjoy working with people and have a talent for organization
Very good knowledge of German and English
