Your tasks as Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/x)
As a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/x), you will play a central role in our HR team and be responsible for the entire recruiting process - from the active sourcing strategy to interviews and the successful onboarding of new colleagues. You will work closely with the management team and the specialist departments to attract the best talent for Salesfive and, in addition to your recruiting expertise, you will contribute your ideas to overarching HR topics: You will support the further development of our employer brand, contribute to strengthening our corporate culture and also take on administrative tasks in day-to-day HR if required. This role offers you a lot of creative freedom, responsibility and the opportunity to actively help shape processes and culture.
This is how you help us to bring strong talent on board:
Identify and approach suitable candidates via active sourcing channels (LinkedIn, XING, job portals, networks, etc.)
Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future vacancies
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate closely with the specialist departments on the further interview process
Accompany applicants through the entire recruiting cycle, create contract offers and organize onboarding
Work closely with the specialist departments to understand requirement profiles in a targeted manner
Maintain applicant data in the HR system and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Participate in strategic HR projects relating to recruiting, employer branding and culture
Support in the HR admin area if required
What you should bring with you:
Completed studies in business administration, psychology, personnel management or a comparable field
2-3 years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a dynamic environment
Experience in active sourcing and direct approach via various channels
Strong communication skills, empathy and enjoy dealing with people
Organizational skills and an independent, structured way of working
Fluency in German and English
