Deine Aufgaben als Legal Counsel (m/f/x)
As Legal Counsel (m/f/x), you will be our internal contact person for all legal issues in day-to-day business. As part of our legal team, you will be responsible for the company-wide management of all legal issues and tasks. You will be actively involved in drafting contracts and data protection processes and develop guidelines and policies for Salesfive.
In this way, you help us make digitalization a tangible experience:
Advise decision-makers in all operational business areas on analyzing and solving business-relevant legal issues
Draft and review contracts (e.g. customer contracts incl. ADV, NDA, etc.), employment contracts and supplier contracts
Develop contract templates, decision templates, guidelines and training materials and monitor their compliance and conformity
Recognize and manage company-specific risks
Das solltest Du mitbringen:
You are a fully qualified lawyer or business lawyer
At least 3 years of professional experience in the legal department of a company
Practical experience in a range of legal areas such as contract law, data protection law, employment law and corporate law is an advantage
A good understanding of commercial contexts
You also like to think outside the legal box and like to familiarize yourself with new topics again and again
A high level of commitment, an independent way of working and very good communication skills in German and English
