Your tasks as Senior Accounting Manager (m/f/x)

As a Senior Accounting Manager (m/f/x), you will play a key role in ensuring the financial integrity and efficiency of our company in your central position in the finance team. Your tasks will cover a wide range of responsibilities, from the careful execution of monthly and annual financial statements to the management of complex accounting tasks and the coordination and monitoring of our payments.

Your mission as Senior Accounting Manager:

  • Monthly and annual financial statements: Responsible for the monthly and annual financial statements, including the associated recording of current business transactions in coordination with our tax advisors. 

  • Complex accounting tasks: Assume accounting responsibility for all parent companies and subsidiaries of the company. The accounting itself is the responsibility of the external tax consultants.  

  • Financial statements and reporting: Coordinate the consolidated financial statements and the monthly financial statements of the subsidiaries to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

  • Payments: Be responsible for receivables management and ensuring that payment deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for invoicing and employee-related payments. Monitor liquidity planning and manage financing requirements in coordination with management

  • Holistic process responsibility: Monitor and mediate the documentation of internal transfer pricing and ensure that it is passed on to other Group companies promptly and correctly.

  • Coordination of tax issues: Coordinate all tax matters such as advance VAT returns or annual tax returns in collaboration with our tax advisors.  

This is what you should bring with you:

  • A degree in business administration with a focus on finance or commercial training (finance/accountant: in)

  • Professional experience in controlling or finance departments

  • Structured process and target orientation as well as a high level of responsibility and cost awareness 

  • Impeccable German language skills and very good written and spoken English skills
