Your tasks as a PMO / Project Controller (m/f/x) part-time
As a part-time PMO / Project Controller (m/f/x), you will take on a central role in our project organization. With your expertise, you will support the planning, management and analysis of projects, create reports and forecasts and contribute to budget and resource planning. You will also further develop our PMO tools, templates and processes and ensure that standards, KPIs and quality guidelines are adhered to. Thanks to flexible working hours, you can optimally combine your professional and private life while focusing on sustainable project work.

Coordinate and structure projects along their duration
Create analyses, reports and forecasts for management and project teams
Support with budget and resource planning and risk management
Continuously develop PMO tools, templates and processes
Monitor compliance with central KPIs, standards and quality guidelines
What you should bring with you:
Completed studies or training in the field of economics, project management, controlling or similar
Several years of experience in PMO, project controlling or project management desirable
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and common project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Confluence, Jira)
Analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality
Desire for a part-time role with a focus on sustainable project work
