Your tasks as Corporate Development Manager (m/f/x)
As Corporate Development Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at consolidating and expanding our position as market leader in Salesforce consulting in the DACH region. As an interface between the various departments, you will drive innovative projects from initial research to implementation. You will design go-to-market strategies, help develop new business areas and optimize internal processes.
This will help us to become even better strategically:
Support the creation of regular reports and dashboards for investor evaluations
Be responsible for the preparation of presentations in close coordination with internal contact persons
Support the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies by identifying targeted sales potential, e.g. at industry conferences, trade fairs or through strategic partnerships
Support our industry associations and organize joint events for brand profiling and pipeline generation
Contribute to the further expansion and operational support of our nearshore location as a lever for margin optimization and efficiency increase
Carry out competitor, market and potential analyses in the IT and digital environment
Actively shape innovative, interdisciplinary projects, from the initial idea to project management during implementation
Help with the development of new business areas around the topic of holistic digitalization
Analyze and optimize internal processes, especially sales processes in our Salesforce environment
Gain valuable knowledge about Salesforce and the sales world and keep up to date with current industry and AI trends
What you should bring with you:
A degree (e.g. business, communication, project or process management) or a comparable qualification
First professional experience in project management, ideally in the context of PMI, M&A or transformation projects
Structured, self-organized way of working and high quality awareness
Excellent communication skills in German (fluent) and English (fluent)
Enjoy tools, processes and cross-functional collaboration
Initiative, commitment and enjoyment of getting things going
Willingness to travel (approx. 1-2 days per month)
