Your tasks as Manager Consulting (m/f/x)
As Manager Consulting (m/f/x) you are a Salesforce Cloud expert for at least two Clouds and train employees in your areas of expertise. You act as project manager in larger projects and coordinate a team of consultants and business analysts. In close cooperation with the management, you will also help shape the strategic development of Salesfive.

Be responsible for leading and executing large, complex client projects that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions
Define, analyze, and map business processes and associated impacts to the organization
Guide the process of supporting our customers technologically with Salesforce, from design to implementation
Leads the preparation and delivery of process design and improvement workshops
Maintain a good relationship with our customers
Manage project deliverables and coordinate the work of 6-8 team members
Recommend and implement continuous improvement measures
Actively participate in business, supply and talent development
This is what you should bring with you:
Strong analytical skills and a master's degree (e.g. in business administration, economics or computer science)
Proven experience in leading teams
A deep understanding of sales and service processes
Experience in the implementation of Salesforce
Salesforce Certification(s)
Extensive experience and knowledge in agile project methods and design thinking
