Your tasks as Legal Counsel (m/f/x)
As Legal Counsel (m/f/x), you will be our internal contact person for all legal issues in day-to-day business. As part of our legal team, you will be responsible for the company-wide management of all legal issues and tasks. You will be actively involved in contract drafting and data protection processes and develop guidelines and policies for Salesfive.
This is how you can help us with legal issues:
Advise decision-makers in all operational business areas on analyzing and solving business-relevant legal issues
Draft and review contracts (e.g. customer contracts incl. ADV, NDA, etc.), employment contracts and supplier contracts
Develop contract templates, decision templates, guidelines and training materials and monitor their compliance and conformity
Recognize and manage company-specific risks
What you should bring with you:
You are a fully qualified lawyer or business lawyer
Min. 3 years of professional experience in the legal department of a company
Practical experience in in-house-relevant legal areas such as general contract law, labor law and corporate law
Knowledge of data protection and IT (contract) law is an advantage
You have a good understanding of commercial contexts and also like to think outside the legal box
High level of commitment, independent working style and very good communication skills in German and English
