Your tasks as a Project Manager (m/f/x)
As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/x), you will support our experienced project managers in the implementation of exciting IT projects in the Salesforce environment. You will take on initial subtasks, participate in the preparation and implementation of workshops and learn how projects are successfully planned, managed and completed. After a structured induction, you will manage smaller projects independently and work closely with customers, interdisciplinary teams and experienced colleagues. You will continuously expand your knowledge of agile and traditional project management methods as well as the Salesforce environment and develop towards independent project management.

Support the planning, management and implementation of Salesforce projects
Work on the preparation and implementation of scoping and project workshops
Take on initial sub-projects and areas of responsibility in the project process
Take over the independent management of small projects after training
Support in the creation and communication of project offers
Work closely with experienced project managers and specialist departments
Contribute to the expansion of our client relationships and the further development of our consulting approaches
What you should bring with you:
A degree or comparable training in business, IT, project management or a related field
First practical experience in project management, ideally in an IT or consulting environment (e.g. through internships or working student activities)
Basic knowledge of classic and agile project management methods is an advantage
Interest in and initial contact with Salesforce or CRM systems desirable
Strong communication skills in German and English as well as good interpersonal skills
Independent and structured way of working with a high willingness to learn and motivation
Customer orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
