Your tasks as (Junior) HR Manager – Administration & Recruiting (m/f/x)
As (Junior) HR Manager - Administration & Recruiting, you will support our team throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Approximately half of your tasks will be in recruiting and half in administration - the exact division can vary flexibly depending on requirements. What is important to us: You work independently, are solution-oriented and enjoy actively helping to shape processes.
This will help us to further expand and support the team:
HR Administration
Maintain our HR systems and tools and ensure high data quality
Create employment contracts, certificates and references
Accompany employees from onboarding to offboarding
Support day-to-day operations through structured documentation and filing
Participate in the further development of internal HR processes
Talent Acquisition
Coordinate the entire application process - from the call for applications to the final feedback
Create target group-oriented job advertisements together with specialist departments
Organize interviews and communicate with candidates
Work closely with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience
Contribute your own ideas to optimize our recruiting processes
What you should bring with you:
Completed commercial training or a degree in HR-related subjects
First practical experience in human resources - ideally in recruitingand HR Administration
Structured, independent way of working and high reliability
Professional handling of sensitive data and a confident, friendly demeanor
Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
Experience with HR & recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage
