Junior HR Manager – Admin & Talent Acquisition (m/f/x)

Your tasks as (Junior) HR Manager – Administration & Recruiting (m/f/x)

As (Junior) HR Manager - Administration & Recruiting, you will support our team throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Approximately half of your tasks will be in recruiting and half in administration - the exact division can vary flexibly depending on requirements. What is important to us: You work independently, are solution-oriented and enjoy actively helping to shape processes.

This will help us to further expand and support the team:

  • HR Administration

    • Maintain our HR systems and tools and ensure high data quality

    • Create employment contracts, certificates and references

    • Accompany employees from onboarding to offboarding

    • Support day-to-day operations through structured documentation and filing

    • Participate in the further development of internal HR processes

  • Talent Acquisition

    • Coordinate the entire application process - from the call for applications to the final feedback

    • Create target group-oriented job advertisements together with specialist departments

    • Organize interviews and communicate with candidates

    • Work closely with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience

    • Contribute your own ideas to optimize our recruiting processes

What you should bring with you:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in HR-related subjects

  • First practical experience in human resources - ideally in recruitingand HR Administration

  • Structured, independent way of working and high reliability

  • Professional handling of sensitive data and a confident, friendly demeanor

  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English

  • Experience with HR & recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage
