As a (Junior) Consultant Academy, you are the central point of contact for onboarding, training and further education and play an active role in shaping our employees' learning journey.
Your tasks as (Junior) Consultant Academy (m/f/x)
As a (Junior) Consultant Academy (m/f/x) you are an elementary member of our Salesforce onboarding and our internal Academy. You will be responsible for the training and development of our consultants - both professionally and personally. You will accompany new colleagues from day one, continuously develop our onboarding and learning journeys and ensure that knowledge is imparted in a practical, structured and enthusiastic manner. You work closely with internal experts, design training formats relating to Salesforce, project management and consulting skills and deliver them yourself. With your open, communicative manner, you create learning spaces, motivate others and make a significant contribution to the quality and further development of our consulting organization.
This is how you can help us at the Salesfive Group Academy:
Independently take over the operational onboarding management of new consultants
Plan and organize internal events as part of personnel development (e.g. workshops, job shadowing, online training)
Continuously optimize and develop our onboarding and employee development journey
Maintain close, trusting relationships with employees at all levels and act as a point of contact for development issues
Participate in the organization of internal and external training courses
Develop training formats for various Salesforce clouds and topics together with internal specialists
Plan, conduct and evaluate training measures in line with defined learning objectives
Assess the success of development plans and support employees in the use of learning opportunities
Conduct internal and external trainings
Teach consulting, project management and social skills in a practical way
What you should bring with you:
1-2 years of practical experience in consulting, project business or in the training/education environment
High motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics and pass on knowledge in a structured manner
Ability to get other people excited about new - also technical - topics
Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills and an open, outgoing personality
Mentoring skills and enjoyment of working with people
Very good knowledge of German and English
Salesforce experience is desirable, but not a must
