Your tasks as Finance Manager (m/f/x)
As a (Junior) Finance Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of our core team. With your in-depth knowledge of financial management and controlling, you will play a key role in ensuring that business processes run smoothly. Your tasks will include, for example, actively participating in reporting and preparing board meetings. You will also be an indispensable part of controlling and provide valuable support with monthly and annual financial statements.

Participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for management and investors and prepare board meetings
Create variance analyses and ad-hoc evaluations and assist in the
Optimize our controlling environment and our KPI landscapeParticipate in project controlling, as well as planning, monitoring and updating project budgets
Support the financial accounting department with monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and
coordinate the data flow with our external accountantsSupport our customers as a contact person around the topic of invoicing.
Assist in the development, implementation and documentation of new
financial processes with a focus on process optimization, process automation,
as well as digitalization
This is what you should bring with you:
Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in economics (ideally with a focus on controlling)
Initial work experience (e.g. in the form of an internship) in controlling or at an
auditing companyStrong financial reporting and financial ratio interpretation skills and numerical acumen
A very good theoretical and practical knowledge of German commercial law (HGB)
Excellent IT skills (MS Office) and very good handling of accounting software (DATEV, cloud-based accounting tools)
Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
Strong associative skills as well as an organized and conscientious way of working
Strong communication skills: You are convincing in German as well as in English
You are open, communicative and proactive, and you are not afraid to take on responsibility
