Take the lead of a growing consulting team

Lead IT projects in the Salesforce environment
Design and implement Salesforce solutions

This is what you should bring with you:
At least 3 years of experience in IT as a Salesforce Business Consultant or Business Analyst and in the execution of commercial CRM projects.
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g. Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.).
Ability to inspire people and lead them to a common goal that benefits everyone
Open-mindedness and willingness to seek innovative solutions
Skills to perform and document the results of business and system analyses (e.g. in the form of user stories, processes, diagrams)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Creative approach to solving common challenges in various projects
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to manage team communication, moderate discussions, draw constructive conclusions, and resolve conflicts
Strong communication skills in German and English
