Your tasks as Sales Cloud Consultant (m/f/x)
As a Sales Cloud Consultant (m/f/x) you are a fundamental member of our interdisciplinary project teams. You advise companies, from startups to corporations, on the design of complex Salesforce solutions and implement them together with your team.
You will support a wide range of industries in making business processes leaner, more digital and more efficient and thus have a sustainable impact on the daily business of our customers.
This is how you help us make digitization a tangible experience:
Be responsible for the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions in the Sales Cloud
Analyze existing Salesforce systems of our customers
Lead IT projects in the Salesforce environment
Analyze and optimize processes
Be responsible for test support and release management
school and look after our customers after the project is finished.
Constantly develop yourself further through continuous training and certifications
This is what you should bring with you:
A degree in the field of IT, business informatics or a similar course of study
min. 1 year of practical experience in setting up and operating cloud-based CRM solutions
Salesforce experience (plus certifications for Salesforce Sales, Service and/or Marketing Cloud)
IT affinity and know-how in SaaS, databases and CRM
Good analytical skills, problem solving skills and team spirit
Experience in project management and IT implementation
Strong communication skills in German and English as well as project-related willingness to travel
