Your tasks as Pardot Consultant (m/f/x)
As a Pardot Consultant (m/f/x) you are a fundamental member of our interdisciplinary project teams. You advise companies, from startups to corporations, on complex Salesforce solutions and implement them together with your team.
You will support a wide range of industries in making business processes leaner, more digital and more efficient and thus have a sustainable impact on the daily business of our customers.
This is how you help us make digitization a tangible experience:
Assist in the design of the implementation of Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) solutions
Contribute to the implementation of the integration of Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) to Salesforce Sales Cloud
Provide support to our sales department for Pardot scoping projects
Participate in our customer workshops to capture technical, functional and non-functional requirements
Help conceptualize and map marketing automation and marketing communications processes (customer journeys)
This is what you should bring with you:
At least one year of professional experience in the field of email marketing/ marketing automation/ CRM
Solid hands-on experience with an industry standard campaign management tool such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, Marketo Engage, SharpSpring, ActiveCampaign, Freshmarketer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, etc.
Basic knowledge of e-mail marketing
Project management experience (e.g. Scrum)
Solution-oriented thinking and independent work
A plus, but not required: Salesforce certification Pardot Specialist & Pardot Consultant; HTML & CSS knowledge
