Your tasks as Marketing Cloud Consultant (m/f/x)
As a Marketing Cloud Consultant (m/f/x) you are a fundamental member of our interdisciplinary project teams. You advise companies, from startups to corporations, on complex Salesforce solutions and implement them together with your team.
In doing so, we support a wide range of industries in making business processes leaner, more digital and more efficient and thus have a sustainable impact on the daily business of our customers.
This is how you help us make digitization a tangible experience:
Assist in the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
Participate in the implementation of the integration of the marketing cloud with other Salesforce clouds
Provide support to our sales department on marketing scoping projects
Participate in our customer workshops to capture technical, functional and non-functional requirements
Help conceptualize and map marketing automation and marketing communications processes (customer journeys)
This is what you should bring with you:
At least one year of professional experience in the field of email marketing / marketing automation / CRM
Solid hands-on experience with an industry standard campaign management tool (ESP) such as Emarsys, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.
Experience developing cross-channel marketing initiatives (i.e. email, mobile push, SMS, social) for specific customer segments
Basic knowledge of e-mail marketing
Basic HTML knowledge
Affinity for online marketing/email marketing
SQL knowledge is an advantage
CSS knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
