Your tasks as Salesforce Consultant CPQ (m/f/x)
As Salesforce Consultant CPQ (m/f/x) you are a fundamental member of our interdisciplinary project teams. You advise companies - from startups to corporations - in shaping their digital transformation through innovations with a special focus on CPQ & Billing/Revenue Cloud. You support companies from a wide range of industries in making their business processes leaner, more digital and more efficient and thus have a sustainable positive impact on the daily business of our customers.
This is how you help us make digitization a tangible experience:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into a technical solution
Design and implement sales cloud and CPQ supported business processes
Sift through complex business processes from lead to contract closure
Implement configurations independently and liaise closely with Salesforce developers
Advise customers on technical and technological questions in the area of Salesforce and related topics such as mobile apps, document generation, etc.
Present project results and be responsible for the technical implementation of configuration tasks
Accompany testing and change management activities
Enjoy expanding your knowledge through continuous education and certifications
This is what you should bring with you:
A degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a similar course of study
Practical experience in building and operating Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud solutions
IT affinity and a comprehensive know-how in Software as a Service, databases and CRM
Good analytical skills, problem solving skills and team spirit
Relevant certifications are a plus
Strong communication skills in German and English
