Consultant Academy (m/f/x)

As a Consultant Academy (m/f/x) you are an elementary member of the Salesforce onboarding process. In addition to the training and further education of our employees in the areas of Salesforce and project management, you will also be responsible for sessions on social skills. You will not only pass on your knowledge internally in our Academy, but also in workshops with our customers. Ideally, you already have experience as a trainer and will also contribute your knowledge to the further development of our Academy in order to continuously improve our onboarding.

This is how you help us make digitization a tangible experience:

• Develop internal and external trainings for different clouds and topics in collaboration with internal Salesforce specialists

• Teach consulting & project management skills and train junior consultants

• Participate in the organization of internal and external training courses

• Independently take on the operational onboarding management as well as the planning of internal events as part of personnel development (e.g. workshops, job shadowing, online training)

• Maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels and be their point of contact for all development-related topics and career planning

• Plan and conduct training and evaluation in line with learning objectives

• Shape the optimization and continuous development of our onboarding and employee development journey

• Assess the success of development plans and support fivers in taking advantage of learning opportunities
