Your tasks as Commerce B2B Software Engineer (m/f/x)
As a Commerce B2B Software Engineer (m/f/x) you take technical responsibility for projects within a team, coordinate requirements with the customer and develop elegant solutions. To do this, you will use your holistic, customer-centric understanding of the processes and challenges of companies in the e-commerce sector and bring experience in developing with e-commerce platforms in the B2B or B2B2C environment. In addition, you can contribute your fundamental understanding of Salesforce concepts and functionalities.

Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Experience Cloud/ Lightning Flows, Visualforce, Apex and APIs
Write custom business logic using Apex classes that leverage SOQL and DML
Use trigger events via JavaScript libraries and custom remote actions
Create dynamic views using tradable helpers and create subscriber pages, views, models and classes
Take charge of debugging and improving existing code
Develop Salesforce beyond its existing applications using the latest technologies
Assist in the recruitment of new customers
Participate in the development of follow-up projects with existing customers
This is what you should bring with you:
A secure handling of Apex, Visualforce and common interfaces such as REST APIs as well as relational databases
The ability to write performant, secure and scalable code and adhere to best practices when dealing with MVC patterns
You understand QA as part of the development, deliver meaningful unit tests and ideally have first experience with test automation
An agile mindset that allows you to analyze requirements end-to-end with the product owner and break them down into small, value-creating increments
A degree in (business) informatics or comparable training with professional experience
Ideally: Salesforce certificates (Experience Cloud, B2C Commerce, Sales & Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud)
