Your tasks as Business Analyst (m/f/x)
As a Business Analyst (m/f/x) you support companies in analyzing and improving processes with the help of Salesforce and increase their efficiency by designing and implementing customized cloud solutions. According to your interests, you choose between different focus areas and development paths.
This is how you help us make digitization a tangible experience:
Take a central role in our Salesforce implementation projects
Analyze existing Salesforce systems and capture customer requirements
Be involved in the entire project cycle and take on (partial) project and team responsibility in the process
Work hands-on in Salesforce to implement customer requirements
Together with your project team, accompany the project rollout
School customers after project completion
Specialize in specific apps/clouds, depending on preference and project situation
Improve your skills through continuous learning, training, certifications and internal knowledge sharing
This is what you should bring with you:
Initial practical experience in setting up and operating cloud-based CRM solutions
IT affinity and know-how in SaaS, databases and CRM
Good analytical skills and strong problem solving skills
Ideally experience in project management and IT implementations
Strong communication skills in German and English
