A first acquaintance via video chat
You have convinced us with a great application? Then we invite you to a first meeting via video chat in a relaxed atmosphere. You can ask your first questions and together we will see if the expectations on both sides match.
Meet your future team
The next step is a meeting with the faculty, either remotely or in person. Here you can get to know your potential new colleagues and exchange ideas with them. This will give you a first impression of whether you are a good match.
Convince us of your skills
Does the new job meet your expectations? Then you now have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a case study. This will give us a better overview of your professional and personal strengths, while you can get a feel for the practical side of the job.
We make you a personal offer
You were able to convince us of your qualities? And we have also made working with us appealing to you? Then the next step is to present you with a personal offer, which we will discuss together in a call. If everything fits, we'll say: Welcome to Salesfive!

We need your resume in any case. In addition, you can optionally submit further application documents such as cover letters or references.
The period from the first meeting to the personal offer is about 4-6 weeks. If you need a faster decision for your schedule, you are welcome to discuss this with us individually.
We do not have a set dress code. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable at your interview.
You will receive feedback from us no later than one week after the final interview. If it suits both sides, we will discuss your offer together and you will receive your employment contract. Approximately 1-2 weeks before you start, you will receive all information about your onboarding at Salesfive.
